## What toothpaste tablets are

A toothpaste tablet is dry toothpaste pressed into a tablet. One tablet equals one brushing: you chew it, it turns into paste in your mouth, then you brush with a wet toothbrush for 2–3 minutes and rinse. No water in the formula, no plastic tube — a concentrate of active ingredients packed in a glass jar.

- Papain (papaya enzyme) and bromelain (pineapple enzyme) break down plaque
- Silica gently whitens and polishes the enamel (no peroxide, no harsh abrasives)
- Xylitol suppresses cavity-causing bacteria
