Shipping & returns
- Delivery times
- Moscow and St. Petersburg – 1–2 days. Across Russia – 3–7 days via CDEK / Boxberry / Russian Post.
- Returns & exchange
- Within 14 days of receipt if the packaging is unopened. Hygiene products cannot be returned once opened.
- Pickup
